Stadia  is committed to the prevention of illness and injury through the provision and maintenance of a healthy and safe workplace. Working with our Health and Safety Team, Stadia’s responsibility is to ensure that all buildings, work areas and job sites are maintained so they are safe for all.

Our Safety Pledge

We Pledge;

To perform our activities in a responsible manner that minimizes risks to employees and the public;

To ensure the work environment is designed to protect workers and the public;

To not only meet all applicable Health and Safety legislative requirement but to move beyond compliance and continuously improve performance;

To ensure that work is planned and performed to protect our employees and the public;

To incorporate public safety considerations into all business practices and decisions;

To encourage and compel all employees and managers to take accountability for  others’ health and safety; requiring that they make careful decisions regarding our operations as they relate to the safety of their fellow employees, vendor partners and the public.

To hold our employees accountable for maintaining or taking positive steps to achieve a state of health that is consistent with the demands of his/her occupation and to be also accountable for performing their own work safely;

To educate our employees so that they have the tools for identifying, communicating and, where appropriate, correct workplace hazards in order to protect themselves, their co-workers, or the public from harm;

To measure and evaluate our Health and Safety performance in an objective way.  Improved and superior health and safety performance records will we recognized and unsatisfactory performace will be documented and corrected.
